To All Butterflyers:
May you have a joyful Christmas and a blessed New Year. Please spend quality time with your family and watch your children very closely. If you can, do something special for someone in need. Drive safely, don't over-indulge and remember: We are celebrating the birth of Christ on the 25th December. Give Him the praise and honour He deserves.
Have a wonderful holiday.
Enjoy!!!!
Butterfly.

Butterfly.
I want to wish you all a happy Easter.
Good morning, Butterflyers.
Thank you for touching down.
ervaar, net sal groei. Ek hoop die gedig aan die liefde van jou
lewe is voldoende.
Letchmee: Glad to know you like my new story and I am
delighted to hear that I inspire you. Always try to be
objective. Don’t be a stranger, stay connected.
Hilton: It was a pleasure to be of assistance. Don’t stop
reading. It’s food for the brain and a gateway to a successful
future. Keep up with the studies.
Rodney: If I can revive one person’s spirit by a mere
story or a poem, I will never stop writing. Luella is not just a
memory. She lives in my heart.
Just a thought: If anyone did you an injustice and you feel
hurt, think of the person you love best and reflect some of that
love upon the person responsible for your pain, and let the
healing begin.
Butterfly.
Good morning, Butterflyers.
I hope you had a wonderful week-end. A special welcome and
hallo to the following Butterflyers:
Jacobus: Dankie vir jou mooi woorde. Ek sal nie jou
verjaardag vergeet nie.
Lucian: It’s good to know you always go back for more.
Candice: Sure. I’ll give you more.
Letchmee: So your mum thinks my stories are too short?
Tell her the next one will be a sequel.
Hilton: Well done! Stay connected and you will find what
you are looking for. Your wish is my command.
Butterfly.
To all you happy e-mailers who read my Butterfly lines.
Good day to you all.
Dont you think I have a gorgeous website? Of course I do. It is
creation of geniuses. Wish I could tell you who they are.
Im one of the fortunate writers who has the opportunity to
share my work with others, and I get a kick out of it. I
sincerely hope the time and effort I put into it, does not go to
waste. There are so many of you out there who, like me, cannot
express your feelings, and that is one of the reasons I write
poems and stories. So, if you need to convey a certain message
to somebody, but you cannot find the words, its right in front
of you, on your screen. Just click on print.
If you want me to write something special for a special person,
send me an e-mail, and Ill do it for you, free of charge. Even
if you want me to write about a certain subject, I will try my
best. You will of course remain anonymous. If you have any
comments, about my poems and stories, good or bad, feel free to
e-mail me. Want to chat? Go ahead, make my day.
Do not stop reading.
Kind regards,
Butterfly.
Who is Butterfly?
I was born on 9 October 1959 in Windhoek, Namibia. When I was
only a few months old, my parents moved to Mamre, a small
village on the west coast. That is also where my father was born
and raised. I attended the Mamre Primary school (sub A to std.
six), which was the only school in our village, and Malmesbury
High (std. 7 and 8) My parents could not afford to send me to
college so I found myself a job as a machinist in a clothing
Factory. But that was not where I wanted to be. Fortunately some
good samaritan got me a job as a clerk in a factory, I worked
hard and climbed a few steps up the ladder.
I am now a forty
five year old married woman, working mum with two boys aged 19
and 23, I work as an admin clerk and enjoy my work very much. I
love reading, listening to good music and writing.
I am not a very sociable person, find it hard to communicate,
always have a problem expressing myself and that is the reason
why I write poems and stories. My way of venting. I never
gossip, but look, listen, observe and discovered that I am not
the only one who has a communication problem. There are millions
of people who would like to say something to someone, but cannot
find the right words. Those are the people I want to reach. My
stories and poems are all about what people feel and experience.
If they are lucky enough to have access to the internet, they
will be able to express their feelings through poems and stories
written by Butterfly.
Enjoy the Poems and Stories
